In addition to professional photography, it is becoming more of a standard to invest in a professional property video, especially with higher-end listings. Video is a way to tell a unique story about a home that still imagery simply cannot. According to NAR, 56% of homebuyers felt that video was “very useful” during their home search. Not only do we recommend investing in a professional video, they are a great listing tool when showing potential clients what you would do when they list with you.
Virtual tours
We also recommend hand-held virtual tours using your cell phone. It’s becoming very common to create these impromptu videos (reels) and post them on social media to gain additional exposure for your listings.
